I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works and more recently by how the brain functions. There are many ways to see the results of our subconscious levels of thinking but one of the most interesting to me is in our bodies and our lifestyle choices.
Our brain takes in billions and billions of messages and images our whole lives. These images, thoughts and the feelings associated with them create our conditioning and ultimately shape our lives. Yet most of the time we are completely unaware of this happening. In fact, everything about how we experience life is based on our conditioning and our belief systems and thinking patterns. The good news is that we can change these things with some simple yet effective techniques that will directly affect our experience.

I offer personalized one-on-one and small group fitness training and transformative coaching for men and women. I specialize in helping my clients improve their fitness level (ie. strength, tone, flexibility, mobility, body awareness), eating habits and thinking patterns.

- Meet to learn about your history, what things you enjoy doing (or do not enjoy), discuss in more detail what you want to achieve and how you would like to measure results.
